Abstract

This paper is based on field study by collecting data through survey questionnaire and analyzing its results in Abu Dhabi Emirate. The survey has covered major areas and employees in both the government and private sectors. Meanwhile, the survey questions have included topics related to the services and benefits of e-government. The collected data were summarized using statistical indicators such as percentages and average scores.
